• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our merchant-of-record payment processors. We do not store your full credit card information
• Content Data: Source videos, audio, subtitles, reference images, and localized outputs you process
• Communications: Messages you send to our support team or feedback you provide

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, free-tool usage in the browser, and job history
• Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
• Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience (see Section 7)

1.3 Browser Free Tools

Free tools that state "files never leave your device" process media locally in your browser (for example via WebAssembly). Those files are not uploaded to our servers when the tool runs fully client-side.

1.4 Third-Party AI and Cloud Providers

When you run a cloud localization job, your media and related instructions may be sent to third-party speech, voice, video, hosting, and storage providers needed to perform the request. These providers process the submitted material under their own privacy and safety policies and only on our instructions to deliver the Service.

Providers we use include: Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Qwen LLMs for translation/rewrite; Paraformer / Qwen-Audio for speech recognition), MiniMax (Speech TTS and voice clone), Kuaishou Kling (lip-sync), and optionally Wan 3.0, MiniMax Hailuo, or Seedance for presenter/video adaptation. Infrastructure: Vercel (compute), Cloudflare R2 (media storage), Supabase (account and job data). Local browser tools do not upload media to these providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve localization services and free tools
• Waitlist and Communications: To notify you about launch access and product updates you request
• Account Management: To create and manage your account, authenticate users, and provide customer support
• Payment Processing: To process transactions, manage credits or minutes, and handle billing

• Waitlist Data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion
• Job Content and Outputs: Stored only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations; you can request deletion once accounts are available
• Transaction Records: Retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes
• Usage Logs: Retained for a limited period for security and analytics purposes
