• Product and brand videos you own or are licensed to use.
• Content featuring AI-generated people, or real people with documented consent for commercial localization.
• Marketing localization for legitimate e-commerce and advertising.

Prohibited

• Face-swap or synthetic likeness of real persons without clear authorization (non-consensual deepfakes).
• Intimate, defamatory, hateful, or harassing content.
• Misleading political content, fraud, scams, or impersonation of public figures.
• Content that violates third-party platform policies or applicable law.
• Attempting to bypass safety, watermarking, or usage limits.

Disclosure

Where platforms require AI-content disclosure (for example Meta or TikTok ad formats), you are responsible for including the required labels. We may provide helpers later; the obligation remains yours.

Enforcement

We may refuse, pause, or remove content and accounts that violate this policy, and report illegal activity when required. Contact abuse@recastvideo.com to report misuse.
