1. What we collect
Account and billing data (when accounts launch), content you upload for processing, waitlist emails, and basic product analytics. We do not sell personal data.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the service, process payments, prevent abuse, and send product updates you request (including waitlist notifications).
3. Processors
We use infrastructure and AI vendors to run localization (cloud hosting, storage, speech and video providers). They process data only on our instructions to deliver the service.
4. Retention
Uploads and derived outputs are retained only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your content once accounts are available.
5. Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data. Contact privacy@recastvideo.com.
6. Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working. If analytics are enabled, they will be disclosed here and in a consent banner where required.
